Thank you so much for making it through the first week!Well, I ought be starting the fifth step today. But I'm still stuck on turning on the tap!Brushing teeth can reveal many, many aspects of awareness. The point is to remember! No problem if you find that you are halfway through the activity before you bring your attention to what it is that you are doing. It is the repetition of bringing focus to the activity that will eventually allow you to develop your Mindful Awareness in Action in everything that you do. Keep it relaxed and alive.Good luck with your second step, which again,I'm sure that you will find will reveal many levels of awareness.
As I wrote before, brushing teeth is long activity, so I had chance to remember to pay attention... Turning the tap on and off is not!
I'm trying to carry on still with the first two steps... one more week!
