About the last remarks I left in this blog concerning first week of practice, here's Heila PSN's comment:

Thank you so much for making it through the first week!
Brushing teeth can reveal many, many aspects of awareness. The point is to remember! No problem if you find that you are halfway through the activity before you bring your attention to what it is that you are doing. It is the repetition of bringing focus to the activity that will eventually allow you to develop your Mindful Awareness in Action in everything that you do. Keep it relaxed and alive.
Good luck with your second step, which again,I'm sure that you will find will reveal many levels of awareness.
Well, I ought be starting the fifth step today. But I'm still stuck on turning on the tap!
As I wrote before, brushing teeth is long activity, so I had chance to remember to pay attention... Turning the tap on and off is not!
I'm trying to carry on still with the first two steps... one more week!

first week is over!

The first week has passed! Sometimes I managed paying attention along the whole activity. Sometimes I remembered in the middle. Sometimes after finishing it...

The fact is that brushing teeth is a quite long activity (if you compare it with the next step, for instance, turning on tap!), so, even when I had started the activity not being mindful of it, I had chance to become aware before the end of it, most times.

Although I had time to brush my teeth as usual it was a busy week so I did not have private mailing with professor Heila about how it was going so far. I'm starting today the second step and carrying on the first one.

I'm also contacting now the professor to check with her whether this is ok or should go back to the first step alone!

These are the points I intend to accomplish in the programme.
I confess it´s a copy of the example we got from the teachers in the workshop. As all the points seem very suitable for my own daily routine (maybe everyone´s), I see no need to change them now.
May 1st is a holiday and I think it´s a nice day to begin.
